2012, Archimedes Screw

In Gassert Grunert Gallery’s massive cement atrium I divined the location of a hidden waterfall. Here painted on the surface of a persian carpet. A bent wood arrow was used as a divining tool. This is the most recent work in a series in which I locate hidden sources of potential wealth in art spaces. These sculptures, prints, installations and performances rely on personal invested usage as a form of inquiry into special powers and underground sources of fortune.
